With 128 million native speakers around the globe, it’s no surprise that Japanese is a useful language to know for business, travel, and pleasure. Japan is a trendsetter when it comes to pop culture and its influences can be found through the spread of Japanese music, anime, and films around the world. Less than 5% of the Japanese population speak high-level English and over one million live outside of Japan, making Japanese a necessary communication tool both at home and while traveling abroad.
Auckland is a magical city with the most ethnically diverse population in New Zealand. According to Statistics New Zealand, an impressive 39% of its population was born overseas, which means that Auckland is proportionally more diverse than Sydney, Los Angeles, London and New York. With a population of about 1.4 million residents, Auckland has more than 220 recorded ethnic groups living in the city, including communities of the Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian, Indian, Samoan and more!
And even though English is still the most-spoken language in the area and across the country, the 2013 census paints a picture of ever-increasing language diversity in the country's largest city. For example, Asian languages are the most spoken ones, with almost 100,000 speakers, but there are also thousands of Hindi, Samoan, Tongan, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean speakers living in the city. Become friends with these peoples, broaden your professional horizons and explore new cultures with a different perspective by learning a foreign language in Auckland. Contact us at Language Trainers and we will prepare a tailor-made course for you to become fluent in a short time, no matter how challenging the language or how busy your schedule.
Our general one-on-one courses in Auckland will help students improve their Japanese level quickly and efficiently, whatever their needs. The fact that we offer our Japanese classes on a One-on-One basis means that you can learn the words and phrases you need in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Our Japanese courses in Auckland are taught on a one-on-one basis and will help you improve your business communication skills immensely. No matter what level you begin at we will soon have you dealing with business introductions comfortably before moving onto other matters. Beginner level students can expect to finish the course with basic telephone Japanese and email skills, as well as a level of survival Spanish, granting them the ability to work in a country where Japanese is the native tongue.
Our Japanese courses are also available for small groups studying together (Two-to-One Japanese Course or In-Company Small Group Spanish Course). All participants must have the same language needs, be able to study at the same time at the same place and be at the same level. All participants should be booked at the same time. Language Trainers suggest that you do not look for classes with more than 8 students at one time. However, an In-Company Taster Japanese Course can contain a maximum of 12 people.
